Vindictus Classes and Characters
Fiona
Fiona is a balanced warrior who wields a sword and a shield. She values defense, so she uses her shield to protect herself during combat and then strikes strategically when enemies aren't expecting it. She is able to wear heavy armor from the start and later learns to wear plate armor as well.
Fiona comes from the south. She treasures her privacy and boasts a solemn, serious personality, so no one knows how she came to join the Crimson Blade mercenaries. She rarely speaks about her past. Even as people marvel at her combat abilities, they wonder what secrets she's hiding.
Lann
Lann specializes in dual-wielding weapons, especially swords. His attacks are speedy, and in the battlefield, enemies are left breathless at his seemingly non-stop whirlwind of slashes and thrusts. Because he relies on speed, Lann starts outwearing light armor. As he gets stronger, he learns how to wear heavy armor without impeding his quick movements.
Lann hails from the northwest. He left his hometown when it was destroyed by Fomors and came to Colhen to join the Crimson Blade mercenaries. He stakes his entire identity on his ability on battle.
Evie
Not much is known about Evie’s past. While it seems clear that she’s from the East, this evasive young woman tends to smile and deftly dodge any questions about her history. An elegant enigma, Evie chooses to express herself entirely in combat. She is a magic user who can wield a staff or later on in the game, a battle scythe. She can use elemental magic spells as well as control gravity.
Wielding a staff, she summons golems, revives allies, and uses ancient magic to perform devastating attacks. While her cloth and light armor prevent her from handling enemies up close, it would be difficult to call such a masterful magician anything but a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
She has a different health/defense system. Unlike Fiona and Lann, instead of taking damage directly from her health points (HP), Evie has a magic shield from which it is removed from first. Although she is weaker in terms of health and strength than any of the other characters Evie still plays an important role in a group with her high-powered spells and her ability to conjure golems from the scenery.
Karok
Karok, the fourth character in Vindictus, has attracted players' attention since Vindictus (KR) released the update info in October. From the screenshots, players can find that Karok is a gigantic creature with muscular arms, who can give huge pressure to the foes even when equipping no weapons. So, imagine the incredibly great damage he'll do if equipping his main weapon - huge stone pillar.
